What you’ll do

Market and place bench consultants and H‑1B transfer candidates
Maintain and grow relationships with staffing partners and vendors
Identify new opportunities and match consultants to requirements
Manage submissions, interviews, and closures throughout the placement cycle
Track daily activity reports and achieve assigned KPIs

What you’ll bring

8-12 years lead experience or 6-8 years senior or 4-6 years recruiter
Strong US IT bench sales background
Experience handling H‑1B transfer consultants
Vendor management with Tier 1 and implementation partners
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow‑up skills
