About the role
Rockwell Automation's South Asia Partner Strategy and Sales team seeks a Distribution Manager to enhance partner capabilities and grow business from distributors, system integrators, and territory customers. Day-to-day work includes achieving annual operating plans, forecasting, building growth programs, conducting partner-led marketing, and managing partner performance. The role reports to the Partner Strategy and Sales Leader, South Asia, and is based in Bangalore under a hybrid work model, with openness to relocate anywhere in India.
What you’ll do
- Achieve Annual Operating Plan/target assigned to allocated partners and territory
- Forecast for month, quarter and year
- Work cohesively in an ecosystem consisting of teams handling focused accounts, department and industry to deliver distributor growth at a rate in consideration of country growth rate
- Create programmes and accomplish growth programmes
- Create and conduct partner led marketing activities
- Partner performance management and review
- Enhance partner market making capabilities and effectiveness
What you’ll bring
- B. Tech/BE in Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics
- 8-18 years experience in selling and managing partners and customers in the Automation Industry
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Achieve Annual Operating Plan/target assigned to allocated partners and territory
- Forecast for month, quarter and year
- Work cohesively in an ecosystem to deliver distributor growth
- Create programmes and accomplish growth programmes
- Partner performance management and review
