Oracle Fusion Support Manager

About the role

Oracle Fusion Support Manager (Finance & SCM) leads post‑implementation support for Algotale’s ERP environment. Responsible for BAU incident resolution, quarterly release management, and process optimization across Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) and SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management). Acts as the primary escalation point, ensuring SLA compliance and system stability. Manages integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, monitors performance, and troubleshoots third‑party connections. Develops OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS dashboards, and creates user documentation and training. Requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM modules, hands‑on OIC, FBDI, HDL, OCI, and strong stakeholder communication. Holds a Bachelor’s in IT, Finance, or Supply Chain and 3‑5+ years of Oracle Fusion support experience.
