About the role

What you’ll do
- Ensure services and resources are efficiently activated, configured, and tested
- Perform Linux-based troubleshooting and log analysis
- Use Shell Scripting (Bash) for automation and troubleshooting
- Handle incidents and manage support tickets
- Support Intelligent Network (IN) concepts and telecom protocol environments
- Apply TCP/IP, DNS, SSH and networking fundamentals in support tasks
- Work in a 24×7 production support environment with rotational shifts
- Prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems
- Basic understanding of Shell Scripting (Bash) for automation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Linux commands, file systems, process management, networking and log analysis
- Basic understanding of Intelligent Network (IN) concepts and telecom protocols
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SSH and networking fundamentals
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and database concepts
- Basic understanding of incident management and ticket handling
