- Raise issues promptly to seniors and managers
- Provide clarifications, train and mentor junior associates
- Perform upfront reviews of deliverables as directed
- Plan and organize work to maintain quality and efficiency
- Interact with US rotational and ET contacts for clarifications
- Participate in process improvements and strategic initiatives
What you’ll bring
- Qualified CA or US CPA
- First division (60%) in Finance & Accounting
- Completed articleship (ICAI standards)
- Fresh CA or 6 months–1.5 years experience
