About the role

The Senior Growth Marketing Associate designs, launches, and iterates full‑funnel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events and community partnerships, tracking performance to optimize pipeline. What you’ll do

  • Own full‑funnel B2B campaign engine across email, LinkedIn, events and referrals
  • Build scalable outbound messaging libraries and sequencing strategies
  • Manage partnerships and community growth programs
  • Own event‑driven pipeline programs and develop repeatable playbooks
  • Develop influencer and creator collaborations for pipeline generation
  • Track performance metrics and publish weekly growth updates

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years B2B growth marketing/demand gen/outbound experience (startup preferred)
  • Proven ability to run end‑to‑end campaigns and iterate based on results
  • Strong B2B writing and messaging skills
  • Operationally strong: calendar, timeline, stakeholder management
  • Data‑literate: diagnose performance and act quickly
  • Experience with events, partnerships, or outbound tooling is a plus
