About the role
VDO.AI – Revenue Operations is scaling its global programmatic monetization platform. The Director/AVP leads revenue growth across SSP, DSP and trading desk channels, optimizes yield through data analysis and AI‑driven automation, and partners with Product, Engineering and Ad Operations to enhance the monetization stack. Gurgaon, on-site, remote‑US not applicable.
What you’ll do
- Drive and scale revenue growth across programmatic channels
- Monitor SSP performance and optimize yield via pricing and demand strategies
- Onboard new demand partners evaluating revenue impact
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ad Ops to improve infrastructure
- Contribute to AI‑driven product innovations and automation
- Represent VDO.AI at industry events and stakeholder meetings
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years programmatic monetization
- Strong relationships with SSPs/DSPs
- Deep knowledge of DFP/GAM and header bidding
- Hands‑on with Prebid, EBDA, TAM, UAM
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini)
- Leadership of monetization or Ad Ops teams

Education
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
