About the role
Associate Director – Engineering Technical Authority AIN Lead leads BAS capability within Global Engineering, setting strategy, standards, and architecture for building automation across projects and facilities. Drives revenue, budget, and resource allocation, communicates plans to stakeholders, and translates enterprise strategies into operational objectives. Leads senior managers and subject‑matter experts, oversees multiple teams, and ensures alignment with project timelines. Provides leadership on reusable automation frameworks, design standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Works closely with engineering, facilities, digital technology, and third‑party teams to deliver scalable, standardized BAS solutions. Requires 16‑20 years of experience in BAS, industrial automation, or facility control systems, strong knowledge of HVAC, utility plant operations, and facility automation infrastructure, and proven ability to lead global engineering capability programs. Demonstrated strategic thinking, collaboration, and mentoring skills are essential.
