About the role

Digital Solutions - NetSuite - Senior Consultant II (Inventory and Manufacturing) – Connor Group seeks experienced NetSuite consultant to lead implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support across multiple Indian locations. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, process documentation, custom development, testing, training, and project reporting. Candidates must hold bachelor’s in CS/IS/Accounting, 3‑5 years NetSuite experience, strong knowledge of Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and be willing to travel up to 25% including international. Preferred CPA, Master’s, NetSuite certification. Hybrid work across Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi (NCR).

What you’ll do

• Lead NetSuite implementations, enhancements, integrations, support
• Gather requirements with business leaders and end users
• Document and design business process flows
• Create, customize, manage NetSuite fields, workflows, roles, scripts, reports
• Identify test criteria and test new functionality
• Provide end‑user training
• Prepare project status reports, timelines, budgets

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s in CS/IS/Accounting or equivalent
• 3‑5 years NetSuite experience
• Strong knowledge of Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, writing, communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, intellectual curiosity
• Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, ethical, dependable
• Willing to travel up to 25% including international
