About the role
Enterprise Productivity Technology team at GSK defines and delivers the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ServiceNow, Atlassian, and automation platforms that power global business operations. The Senior Director leads product managers, architects, and analysts to design secure, automated workflows across HR, Supply Chain, Finance and Tech, driving operational excellence and digital service transformation. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Define and own multi‑year roadmap for ServiceNow and related productivity platforms
- Lead product managers and owners to deliver secure, user‑centred workflow solutions
- Govern platform demand, prioritization, and vendor strategy across the enterprise
- Oversee budget, FinOps, and ROI for SaaS contracts and platform investments
- Establish and track KPIs such as automation rate, request fulfilment time, and CSAT
What you’ll bring
- 18+ years total experience
- 12+ years in digital platforms or enterprise service management
- Proven track record defining enterprise platform strategy
- Experience leading large global product teams
- Strong financial acumen managing platform budgets
