About the role

Carelon Global Solutions India, part of Elevance Health, delivers US healthcare operations support. As Lead EBA you will manage day‑to‑day operations, capacity planning, performance metrics and stakeholder liaison for US benefit configuration and claims testing. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on-site, 8‑12 years US healthcare experience required.

What you’ll do

Manage daily operations and meet internal metrics
Forecast capacity and plan staffing
Update SOPs and training materials
Liaise with internal and external partners
Oversee performance appraisals and employee engagement
Drive process improvements and project initiatives
Ensure quality metrics and reporting
Participate in open enrollment capacity planning
