About the role

Paytm's Oil and Gas vertical Offline payment solution team seeks a Team Leader to drive end-to-end sales and operations for petrol, gas, and retail merchants. You will develop business strategies, manage and hire sales staff, define sales processes, and maintain relationships with PSU and oil marketing companies while handling an assigned Oil and Gas territory. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
Manage the sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver growth.
Define optimal sales force structure.
Hire and develop sales staff.
Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements.

What you’ll bring

Experience in sales and similar roles.
Experience in loyalty business.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to set and track sales targets for the team.
Ability to review the sales team.
Willingness to handle an assigned Oil and Gas territory.
High level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation.
