About the role

Supply Chain Business Consulting team at Clariant drives integrated business planning using Kinaxis Maestro. What you’ll do

  • Develop and customize Kinaxis Maestro solutions and documentation
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and ticket resolution per SLAs
  • Define project briefs, assess costs, and coordinate integrations with suppliers
  • Analyze system requirements, manage change requests, and oversee project delivery
  • Create user training materials and conduct training sessions
  • Drive process improvements to enhance data quality and system connectivity

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
  • 3-5 years experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar IBP tools
  • Hands‑on development and integration experience with SAP ERP
  • Strong consulting and project management skills in international settings
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and process optimization
