About the role
Ecomm Marketplaces team at Dentsu Media India drives client performance across Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms. The Senior Business Analyst leads campaign strategy, oversees ad operations, manages budgets and analytics, and mentors a team of 4‑6 accounts. Based in Pune, India with additional presence in Bangalore, on‑site work required. Relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute e‑commerce campaign strategies
- Collaborate with AdOps to implement targeting, creatives and automation
- Monitor budgets and performance metrics
- Produce insights and reports for clients
- Lead client portfolio of 4‑6 accounts and present business reviews
- Drive team growth and conduct PDPs
- Coordinate new business pitches
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years experience managing Amazon Ads via self‑serve platforms
- Experience with other marketplace self‑serve or display campaigns
- Hands‑on with Helium 10, Amazon Pi, Amazon Drona
- 1+ years people management experience
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Graduate or MBA degree
