Associate Database Administrator

About the role

BETSOL Engineering AI-powered enterprise team builds and supports end-to-end cloud-native solutions for global customers. The Associate Database Administrator designs, implements, and maintains SQL Server and Azure SQL databases, performs performance tuning, backup/recovery, and security controls, and participates in on-call support rotations. Broomfield, CO and Bangalore, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Administer SQL Server and Azure SQL environments
• Manage user access and security policies
• Perform backup, recovery, and DR testing
• Tune performance and optimize indexes
• Implement data masking and encryption
• Troubleshoot incidents and root-cause analysis
• Coordinate with vendors and partners
• Document procedures and SOPs

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
