About the role

Adani Group OT Cybersecurity team safeguards critical infrastructure and industrial control systems. The Head leads OT cybersecurity strategy, drives policy, risk management, incident response, and compliance, while overseeing security architecture and a team of specialists. Ahmedabad, India, on-site, relocation available.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute OT cybersecurity strategy
Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management, and threat modeling for OT systems
Oversee incident response and recovery for OT incidents
Ensure compliance with NIST, IEC62443, NERC CIP, GDPR
Design and manage OT security architecture and technologies
Collaborate with IT, operations, engineering, legal, and executive teams
Lead and mentor OT cybersecurity team
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in OT security

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's in CS/IT/Cybersecurity
Master's or MBA preferred
CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC GICSP, IEC62443 certifications
15+ years overall experience
5+ years senior OT cybersecurity leadership
