About the role

PwC's Oracle Services Practice seeks a Manager to lead Oracle Fusion Finance initiatives in Chennai. The role involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Financials modules—General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Tax, and Cash Management—while ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company policies. The Manager will coordinate cross‑functional teams to integrate financial systems with other enterprise solutions, oversee post‑Go‑Live hypercare/AMS support, and manage the accounting impact of transactions and SLA rules. Candidates must have at least 8 years of Oracle Fusion experience, a BE/BTech (or MBA/CA), and proficiency in MS Excel. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Chennai, and requires strong independent work ethic and a commitment to diversity and equality.

What you’ll do

• Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Tax, and Cash Management.
• Ensure financial systems and processes are designed and maintained in accordance with industry best practices and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial systems are integrated with other enterprise systems.
• Coordinate with other functional tracks on the accounting/financial impact of transactions, SLA rules, etc.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 8 years of Oracle Fusion experience
• BE/BTech, MBA, CA

Nice to have

• Provide hypercare/ AMS support post Go Live
• Has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Carries a can‑do attitude and a mindset of diversity and equality
• Proficient in MS – Excel
