Systems Operations Manager - CI/CD Platform

About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Systems Operations Manager to lead a team of analysts monitoring installed systems and infrastructure within the CI/CD Platform functional area. Day-to-day, you will manage people and financial resources, resolve operating system and application issues, interpret policies and compliance requirements, and drive automation and AI/GenAI use cases to reduce manual toil. The role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you’ll do

• Manage a Systems Operations team of analysts that monitor installed systems and infrastructure
• Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the Systems Operations functional area
• Identify and recommend opportunities within Systems Operations to increase system efficiency and lower human intervention time on technical tasks
• Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operating systems, application software, and system management tools to meet business objectives
• Interpret and develop policies and procedures, and understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported system area
• Collaborate and consult with analysts, Information Technology personnel, or vendors
• Manage mid to highly experienced analysts
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Systems Operations

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• 2+ years of Leadership experience
• Experience managing a Systems Operations team of analysts that monitor installed systems and infrastructure
• Ability to engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the Systems Operations functional area
• Ability to identify and recommend opportunities to increase system efficiency and lower human intervention time on technical tasks
• Ability to make decisions and resolve issues regarding operating systems, application software, and system management tools to meet business objectives
• Ability to interpret and develop policies and procedures, and understand compliance and risk management requirements for the supported system area
• Ability to collaborate and consult with analysts, Information Technology personnel, or vendors
