About the role

Project Management Office at Quest Global drives engineering services for the energy sector. The role develops and monitors project plans, provides technical support for asset and material management, and coordinates cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Bengaluru, on-site, 40‑hour week, with variable performance‑based pay and multinational team environment.

What you’ll do

• Develop and monitor project plans aligned with customer and company requirements
• Provide technical support and guidance on asset and material/spare management
• Monitor and control ongoing projects, reporting to stakeholders weekly and monthly
• Hire and deploy competent resources to projects
• Coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders for seamless execution
• Develop team training plans based on project needs
• Manage people and resources, including shift allocations and performance reviews

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years project management in oil & gas
• Understanding of EPL/RSPL for commissioning
• Review P&ID, SLDs and flow diagrams
• Develop Bill of Material using vendor records
• Knowledge of cataloguing and procurement cycles
• Inventory optimization knowledge
• CMMS build experience
