Senior Staff Clinical Data Systems Specialist

About the role

Stryker Global Technology Center team builds and maintains clinical data systems for medical device trials. The Senior Staff Clinical Data Systems Specialist leads Medidata Rave database programming, administers URL modules, and supports global study development. Bengaluru, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead Clinical Database Programming activities
• Manage administration of Medidata Rave URL modules and user roles
• Provide technical support for study development and site management
• Develop study databases and program edit checks per specifications
• Support Stryker Neurovascular Global Library with form and edit check programming
• Act as system administrator for Medidata Cloud services
• Maintain documentation and follow Stryker standard processes

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's Degree in technical or scientific discipline
• 8+ years clinical database programming experience in CRO, medical device, or pharma
• Medidata Rave super‑user expertise including URL management and study build
• Medidata Rave 5.6.4 Certified Study Builder
• C# programming
• Global Library Development experience
• Hands‑on experience with EDC design, CRF development, edit checks, and UAT
• Strong knowledge of data collection, reconciliation, processing, coding, reporting, and validation

Nice to have

• Medidata eCOA, TSDV, Rave Web Services (RWS)
• Zelta EDC2 Certified Basic Designer
• Base SAS
• Experience with complex, global trials
