Associate Cloud Integration Engineer

About the role

Ensono seeks an Associate Cloud Integration Engineer to design and support ServiceNow-centric integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer. The role involves developing AWS serverless components like Lambda and API Gateway while troubleshooting production issues across hybrid environments. This position is based in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Pune with a fixed evening shift schedule.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and support ServiceNow-centric integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer
• Develop and operate AWS-based serverless components (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB) supporting ServiceNow workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues across ServiceNow and AWS
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to coordinate integration changes and incidents
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement of the integration platform
• Create and maintain technical documentation including integration workflows and operational runbooks

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience building ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer
• Practical experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch
• Proficiency with Node.js for serverless and integration development
• Strong understanding of web services and integration patterns including REST-based authentication
