Senior Hyperautomation Solution Architect

About the role

Medtronic's Master Data Management Services & Data Platform Services (MDMS/DPS) department, specifically the Hyperautomation & AI team, is hiring a Senior Hyperautomation Solution Architect in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, India. The role designs and implements complex Hyperautomation solutions leveraging AI/ML, IPA, RPA, Process Mining, and no-code automation across the enterprise. Day-to-day work includes solution architecture, governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor collaboration, and mentoring junior architects.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to understand business requirements and design solutions that align with organizational objectives
• Lead the architectural design process for end-to-end automation solutions
• Leverage expertise in automation platforms such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, connecting ecosystems through WebMethods and empowering automation through AI and data with platforms such as Databrick
• Define and enforce Hyperautomation architecture best practices, standards, and guidelines
• Conduct regular reviews of integration projects to ensure adherence to architectural principles and maintain consistency across the ecosystem
• Establish and enforce integration architecture governance processes, ensuring projects adhere to architectural standards and compliance requirements
• Provide indirect technical leadership to solution architects internal and with partners, guiding them through complex integration challenges and fostering skill development
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to understand product roadmaps, influence enhancements, and ensure integration architecture is future-proof

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT Solution Architecture for Hyperautomation
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or MCA or MSc
• Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
• Very deep technical understanding of the broad set of Hyperautomation capabilities
• Deeper expert understanding in at least one or two Hyperautomation capabilities such as (Gen)AI, Process Mining, or IPA/RPA
• Strong architectural understanding of and experience in cloud infrastructure such as AWS and/or Azure and AI platforms such as Databricks and data warehouses/AI platforms such as Snowflake
• Ability to lead architectural solution design, development, deployment, and technical quality of large enterprise or global solutions spanning multiple technologies and disciplines
• Ability to provide architectural direction for multiple projects/programs concurrently in various stages of their lifecycle

Nice to have

• Previous Medtronic experience
• Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in change management related to culture and mindset of a complex organization including capabilities building, process design, ownership, and implementation
• Managing a Global Organization and Stakeholders
