JC Field Engineer

About the role

Jio Platforms Limited seeks a JC Field Engineer in Kadi to manage network deployment and operations. The role involves supervising vendors, optimizing radio frequency, troubleshooting hardware faults, and ensuring site operational status. This is an on-site position requiring 1-3 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Ensure material tracking, reconciliation, and site operational status
• Supervise radio frequency optimization and vendor quality control
• Troubleshoot router faults and replace faulty hardware
• Configure L2 switches and manage capacity upgrades
• Execute field activities per work orders from Network Operations Centre
• Conduct customer surveys and provide feedback on network coverage
• Release Fiber-to-the-Home plans and final construction designs
• Assist Senior Field Engineers with audits and acceptance tests

What you’ll bring

• Diploma in Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in network deployment and operations
• Knowledge of network maintenance and optimization
• Vendor and contractor management skills
