What you’ll do
- Define automation strategy and roadmap
- Design reusable automation frameworks
- Lead automation for web, mobile, API platforms
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
- Establish coding standards and quality metrics
- Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners and DevOps
- Drive test optimization and coverage improvement
- Mentor teams on automation tools and best practices
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years UI and API test automation
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or similar
- Proficiency in Java, Python or JavaScript
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
- Agile/DevOps delivery experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Leadership and mentoring experience
