About the role

Research team at Linesight drives market intelligence for the construction sector. The Research Manager leads and manages research projects, analyzes data to uncover trends, and creates actionable reports for clients. Based in Bengaluru or Mumbai with an on-site work model, the role collaborates globally and mentors junior researchers.

What you’ll do

• Lead market intelligence and research projects end‑to‑end
• Collate and analyze data from diverse sources to identify insights
• Produce clear, actionable reports for clients and internal stakeholders
• Support Head of Research in report writing and client deliverables
• Monitor emerging market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with global leaders to define research needs
• Partner with Marketing to visualize data effectively
• Mentor and train research team members

What you’ll bring

BEng or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field

Nice to have

• 5+ years B2B marketing or research experience
• Construction industry background preferred
• Proven ability to lead market intelligence projects
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Ability to mentor junior team members
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools for research
