About the role
Lead product strategy and execution for Quess Enterprise’s portfolio, driving innovation, market fit, and cross‑functional alignment. Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams, and translate customer insights into roadmap priorities. Champion data‑driven decision making, set KPIs, and report performance to senior leadership. Manage a high‑performing product team, mentor talent, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure alignment with corporate goals, regulatory standards, and market trends to sustain competitive advantage.
What you’ll do

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience
