About the role

Qualcomm Hardware Engineering team builds and supports world‑class analysis tools and flows for custom CPUs. The CPU PD CAD Engineer architects methodology improvements, maintains and debugs STA and timing closure flows, and collaborates with global CPU physical design teams and EDA vendors. Noida, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

Architect and recommend methodology improvements for silicon power, performance, and area
Maintain, support, and debug STA and timing closure (ECO) flows
Provide methodology guidance and tool/flow support to worldwide CPU physical design teams
Collaborate with EDA vendors to define tool roadmaps and resolve issues

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field

Nice to have

6+ years hardware engineering experience
