Planisware Enterprise Administrator

About the role

Cognizant seeks a Planisware Enterprise Administrator to manage the PPM platform and provide production support. The role involves configuring workflows, scripting in Formula Language, and resolving incidents using SQL and ServiceNow. This position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

What you’ll do

• Administer and support Planisware Enterprise platform
• Configure workflows, business rules, and system settings
• Develop and maintain Planisware Formula Language scripts
• Provide L2/L3 production support and incident management
• Analyze application and database issues using SQL
• Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Manage tickets and service requests through ServiceNow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and issue resolution

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Planisware Enterprise (PPM)
• Strong expertise in Planisware administration, configuration, and production support
• Experience in troubleshooting incidents, defect analysis, and issue resolution
• Minimum 1+ year of experience with SQL Queries & Database Analysis
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform database analysis
• Minimum 1+ year of experience with Power BI
• Ability to create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow
