About the role
Weekday AI team drives enterprise-scale artificial intelligence initiatives. As Head AI you will define the AI roadmap, lead the design, development and deployment of recommendation systems and advanced machine learning solutions, and mentor multidisciplinary data science and engineering teams. What you’ll do
- Define and execute long-term AI and ML strategy
- Lead design, development, deployment of scalable AI solutions
- Build and enhance recommendation systems and engines
- Drive innovation in predictive analytics and personalization
- Mentor multidisciplinary data science and engineering teams
- Establish best practices for model lifecycle management
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to prioritize AI initiatives
- Present AI strategies and outcomes to executive stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 15+ years experience
- Leadership of AI/ML teams
- Expertise in recommendation systems
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with cloud platforms
- MLOps knowledge
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI/Data Science
- PhD advantageous
