About the role
The Catastrophe Risk Analyst/Senior Analyst supports the Global Markets Direct & Facultative team by analyzing client exposure to natural and man-made risks. Day-to-day duties include managing data, running catastrophe models, interpreting results, and providing risk insights for insurance placement. This full-time role is based in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
What you’ll do
- Analyze client exposure to natural and man-made risks such as windstorms, earthquakes, floods, wildfires, and severe storms
- Manage and validate client data
- Run catastrophe models
- Interpret results and provide meaningful risk insights
- Support brokers with insurance placement and client decision-making
What you’ll bring
- Postgraduate degree in Mathematics and Statistical Science
- 2+ years of experience working in catastrophe risk modelling
