What you’ll do
- Plan and execute monthly, six-monthly and annual collection targets
- Forecast manpower needs based on business volumes and location requirements
- Analyze account receivables to identify portfolio gaps and drive resolution
- Monitor and control collection costs, including penalty and tele-calling expenses
- Manage vendor relationships and performance for collection agencies
- Implement reward mechanisms and recruit talent for the collection team
