What you’ll do

Supervise dissemination and closure of actionable items from new guidelines and RAR recommendations
Approve new or revised policies and internal circulars ensuring regulatory compliance
Handle compliance queries and approvals from subsidiaries
Prepare presentations and dashboards for board and committees
Test processes related to RBI observations and close testing reports
Monitor regulatory observations from RBI, SEBI, PFRDA, etc.
Assist RBI compliance team during onsite inspections and coordinate data requirements
Analyze RAR reports and ensure closure of open issues

What you’ll bring

10+ years experience
Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary or MBA or LLB or Postgraduate banking background

Nice to have

Understanding of Banking, IRDAI, SEBI regulations
Internal audit/legal compliance experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
