About the role

Cognizant seeks a Senior Solution Architect in Kolkata to design and implement Kinaxis-based supply chain solutions. The role involves optimizing planning processes, integrating systems, and leading workshops for stakeholders. This hybrid position requires deep expertise in Kinaxis modules and retail domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced Kinaxis-based solutions to optimize supply chain planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable configurations
• Provide technical expertise in Kinaxis Demand Planning for accurate forecasting
• Develop and maintain Kinaxis Sales and Operations Planning models
• Oversee integration of Kinaxis Fundamentals into existing systems
• Conduct regular assessments of supply chain performance and implement corrective actions
• Lead workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders
• Ensure seamless coordination between planning, sales, and supply chain teams

Qualifications

• 10-14 years experience in Planning, Supply Chain Management, or Sales Planning & Execution
• In-depth knowledge of Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Demand Planning
• Hands-on experience configuring and deploying Kinaxis modules
• Expertise in Planning within the Retail domain
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management principles including demand forecasting and logistics
