Analyst, WFM

About the role

Evolent Health International (Pune, India) seeks an Analyst, WFM to support the operations team and leadership by developing reports, analyzing trends, and driving data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day, you will collect, clean, and process datasets; build reports, templates, and dashboards; automate manual reporting; and assist operations leaders with projects and resource recommendations. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel/VBA, and knowledge of Power BI/Tableau/SQL. This is a full-time position based in Pune with mandatory high-speed home internet for remote work.

What you’ll do

• Develop and generate weekly, monthly, and yearly reports for operations and leadership to identify trends and promote decision-making
• Work closely with operations and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements
• Collect, clean, and process datasets; develop reports, templates, and formats for new reporting requirements
• Assist operations leaders in projects requiring a data-driven approach
• Analyze business problems and recommend data-driven solutions and reports aligned with business requirements
• Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards
• Assist operations in automating data handling and manual reports such as performance and scorecard reporting
• Conduct trend analysis to anticipate and recommend changes in daily and long-term strategy

• Advanced user in MS Excel and VBA
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SQL

• High-speed internet over 50 Mbps with wired connection to home router
