Agentforce Lead Developer/Architect

About the role

Cognizant is hiring multiple Agentforce Lead developers/Architects across its Technology & Engineering department in Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad. In this role, you will design and implement advanced solutions using Salesforce Einstein technologies, driving innovation and efficiency across service and sales cloud capabilities. Day-to-day work includes leading solution architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, monitoring performance, and facilitating training. The position follows a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design and architecture of solutions utilizing Einstein Prediction Builder to enhance predictive analytics capabilities
• Oversee the implementation of Einstein Next Best Action to optimize customer interactions and improve decision-making processes
• Provide expertise in Einstein Discovery to uncover insights and drive data-driven strategies across various business units
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Service Cloud Einstein ensuring improved customer service and support experiences
• Drive the adoption of Sales Cloud Einstein to boost sales efficiency and effectiveness through intelligent insights
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Einstein technologies within existing systems
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support ongoing system enhancements and scalability
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement

What you’ll bring

• 7-13 years of experience
• Extensive experience in Salesforce Einstein technologies including Prediction Builder, Next Best Action, Discovery, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Solid understanding of program management principles and practices
• Proficiency in designing scalable and efficient technology architectures
• Adept at problem-solving and troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies
