About the role
Finance Operations team focuses on delivering accurate financial outcomes through data collection, analysis, and transaction reconciliation. The Senior Analyst conducts FP&A activities, builds reports, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Based in Gurugram, India, on-site work model with rotational night shifts as needed.
What you’ll do
- Perform complex financial analysis and problem solving
- Interact daily with peers and occasionally with clients or management
- Work with minimal instruction on routine tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments
- Make decisions impacting own and others' work
- Contribute individually and may oversee a small team or effort
- Participate in rotational night shifts as required
What you’ll bring
- Domain expertise in Controllership/Core finance (RTR)/FP&A
- Experience with period end close
- Ability to manage annual plan, budgeting and forecasting
- Understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Knowledge of IFRS 15 & 16 standards
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Experience with SAP HANA and SAP
- Advanced MS Office skills
