Based in Udaipur, on-site work model, with travel to regional offices as needed.

What you’ll do

Achieve collection targets by visiting customers and agencies
Monitor and report team performance metrics
Ensure compliance with legal guidelines during repossessions
Allocate cases and coach team members
Manage daily risk reports and collection strategy development
Handle escalations and maintain accurate transaction records
