Module Lead - Snowflake

About the role

YASH Technologies seeks a Module Lead for Snowflake in Bangalore to drive data warehousing and transformation initiatives. The role involves designing ETL pipelines, optimizing SQL performance, and integrating AWS services within an Agile environment. This is an on-site position requiring 7+ years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement robust data warehousing solutions using Snowflake
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and UDFs
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
• Integrate Snowflake with AWS services for scalable data architecture
• Perform performance tuning using clustering keys and query profiling
• Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver business transformation goals
• Ensure data quality through validation rules and reconciliation processes
• Utilize Java and Spring Boot for application integration and testing

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years of professional experience
• Advanced SQL proficiency including stored procedures and UDFs
• Deep knowledge of Snowflake objects and performance tuning
• Strong background in data warehousing concepts and schemas
• Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and Glue
• Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and JDBC

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow or Control-M
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Linux/Shell scripting
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
