Senior Field Engineer

About the role

Job Responsibilities 1. Maintain the network by availability of network elements in Jio centers 2. Analyze network availability gap and take actions 3. Conduct drive test and on the basis of analysis, create the action plan 4. Ascertain timely delivery of material at sites 5. Check key network performance indicators and take corrective measures 6. Conduct acceptance tests and quality audits on regular basis 7. Lead and supervise field engineers to ensure desired productivity 8. Identify vulnerable operational fiber routes 9. Ensure data accuracy and synchronization across all systems / tools 10. Coordinate with vendors for timely deployment of network elements 11. Carry out periodic site surveys for new sites and capacity expansion 12. Alarm closure for network elements by coordinating with relevant stakeholders 13. Coordinate with maintenance points and field repair technicians to ensure network up-time 14. Validate & ensure timely closure of open actions against trouble tickets received from Network Operations Center 15. Release Fiber-to-the-Home desktop plan and carry out joint field survey to verify route, equipment and structure 16. Release final design for construction in compliance to engineering and business guidelines 17. Release capacity augmentation and change request plan as required to continue execution Education Requirement Diploma Experience Requirement 4 - 8 years Skills & Competencies 1. What you’ll do

• Close alarms by coordinating with stakeholders and NOC
• Validate and close open actions from trouble tickets
• Release FTTH desktop plans and verify routes, equipment, and structures
• Prepare final construction designs adhering to engineering and business guidelines
• Develop capacity augmentation and change request plans
