About the role

Hyland’s Associate Cloud Solution Specialist team deploys, migrates, and upgrades Hyland Content Innovation Cloud solutions for global customers. The role involves gathering requirements, building cloud infrastructure, configuring applications, troubleshooting issues, and providing go-live support to ensure customer success. This remote position is based in Kolkata, India.

What you’ll do

• Deploy basic cloud solutions including installations, upgrades, and migrations
• Gather customer information and configure solutions to meet specific needs
• Build and configure basic cloud infrastructure and domain-specific modules
• Collaborate with cloud teams on environment setup and testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product upgrades and configurations
• Document progress and activities related to solution deployment

What you’ll bring

• High School Diploma with customer service experience
• Basic technical skills in Windows OS, IIS, SQL DB, networking, PC hardware
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
