Director, HR Shared Services, APAC

About the role

Veralto’s HR Shared Services team in APAC aims to deliver exceptional associate experiences and operational excellence through technology and analytics. This remote role leads regional Tier 1-3 service teams, drives process harmonization, and identifies automation opportunities to support business growth. The position is ideally based in Mumbai or Bangalore.

What you’ll do

• Develop global HR Shared Services strategy and roadmap with a regional lens
• Lead regional Tier 1 to Tier 3 Service Partners and Specialists
• Implement and improve internal operational enterprise processes for timely HR request processing
• Identify automation/AI opportunities to drive regional innovation and optimization
• Partner with Global Process Owners to deploy regional process harmonization roadmaps
• Embed performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives at the regional level
• Build and manage the regional Shared Services team through coaching and feedback
• Serve as a change leader ensuring strong communication and stakeholder management

What you’ll bring

• Minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience
• Minimum five years as a people manager
• Experience leading within an HR Shared Services organization
• Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in HR or related field
