Custom Software Engineer

About the role

Accenture seeks a Custom Software Engineer in Pune to serve as an enterprise automation leader and Agentic AI SME. The role owns proposals, estimates, architecture presentations, project execution, stakeholder management, and C-suite KPI reporting while developing custom software solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. Candidates must have 15 years of full-time education and at least 15 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Define enterprise automation vision, strategy and governance
• Lead solution architecture for complex programs
• Drive proposals, estimations and solution presentations
• Report automation KPIs and value to C-suite stakeholders
• Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications
• Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
