About the role
Freudenberg Filtration Technologies team focuses on innovative filtration solutions. The Graduate Engineer Trainee will develop and maintain production schedules, coordinate with procurement and logistics, and monitor inventory to ensure efficient manufacturing. Pune, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.
What you’ll do
- Develop detailed production schedules based on orders and capacity
- Coordinate resources with production, procurement and logistics teams
- Track progress and adjust schedules for delays or demand changes
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstock
- Support customers by addressing material shortages
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports
- Identify and implement process improvements in scheduling and inventory
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Production, Industrial or Supply Chain Engineering
- Proficient with MS Office
- Willingness to learn SAP ERP
- Participate in Kaizen activities
- Fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical problem‑solving ability
