What you’ll do
- Monitor coding staff performance against volume and accuracy goals
- Escalate production and QA issues to management
- Prepare daily operational reports and provide feedback
- Conduct training, coaching, and monthly team meetings
- Maintain attendance records and timesheets
- Lead special projects such as full coding audits
- Mentor staff to maximize performance
- Support team morale and job satisfaction
What you’ll bring
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Life Science, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Zoology, Microbiology
- 5+ years of industry experience
- CPC – Certified Coding Professional or CCS - Certified Coding Specialist
