What you’ll do

• Identify and develop new micro markets and referral partners
• Generate leads via cold calling and daily sales calls
• Provide doorstep loan services to customers
• Support end‑to‑end loan processing and act as liaison between customers and branch
• Manage soft bucket collections and early mortality metrics
• Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers
• Maintain relationships with existing loan customers

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years experience in Home Loans or Mortgage sales
• Experience in Affordable Home Loans or Micro LAP business
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across branch, state, and zonal teams
