About the role

Merative Consulting team delivers modern case management solutions on the Cúram platform for governments worldwide. The Associate Consultant designs and implements architecture, guides clients and integration partners, and leads technical delivery of Curam services and cloud deployments. Bengaluru, India, onsite, Full-time.

What you’ll do

• Provide architecture guidance for case management solutions
• Design and implement Curam batch, online, rules, workflows
• Develop Java/J2EE components and integrate with databases
• Create modern UI/UX using React/Angular
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms and manage containers
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
• Lead technical delivery teams and coordinate with partners
• Apply data governance and ETL best practices

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years application design/development
• 4-8 years Curam services delivery
• 5-8 years Java/J2EE development
• Experience with EJB, RSA, UNIX/NT, Oracle/DB2
• 1+ year modern UI/UX design (React.js, Angular)
• Knowledge of UML
• Team leadership skills

Nice to have

• Computer Science or IT degree
• Data architecture and governance experience
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud)
• DevOps tooling (CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform)
• Containerization with Kubernetes/Helm
• Agile Scrum Master experience
