About the role

Agility Lead/Scrum Master role at Photon Group in India. Seeking experienced Agile practitioner to coach teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include guiding teams in Agile adoption, managing backlogs, removing impediments, tracking metrics, engaging stakeholders, and delivering training. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree, be a Certified Scrum Master, and have several years of Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience in software development. Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and proficiency with tools like Jira and Trello are essential. Preferred experience includes scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS, DevOps knowledge, and leadership roles.

What you’ll do

Coach teams on Agile practices and Scrum principles.
Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
Support backlog grooming with Product Owners.
Remove impediments to keep teams productive.
Track and report performance metrics.
Engage stakeholders to communicate progress.
Deliver Agile training and workshops.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile cert.
X+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software dev.
Deep knowledge of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.
Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficient with Agile tools like Jira, Trello.
Adaptable in fast‑paced, changing environments.

Nice to have

Experience scaling Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
Knowledge of DevOps practices.
Leadership or management experience.
