About the role

This is an entrepreneurial, performance-rewarded opportunity rather than a salaried management position.
What you’ll do
- Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Oman
- Recruit, train, and manage a small local team of 2–3 people, supported by Official Hosts
- Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities
- Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives
- Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience
- Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by established operations and technology teams
