About the role

Procurement Transformation team at Haleon drives technology‑enabled sourcing for indirect materials and services. The Principal leads digital strategy, automation and AI‑enabled analytics to improve efficiency, transparency and value across global procurement operations. Based in Bengaluru, India, this on‑site role works cross‑functionally with procurement, tech, finance and corporate functions to modernize processes and drive stakeholder adoption.

What you’ll do

Translate and execute digital procurement strategy for indirect sourcing
Lead implementation and adoption of e‑sourcing, SRM and analytics platforms
Develop data governance, dashboards and predictive analytics for cost and risk
Deploy automation solutions including RPA and AI tools to streamline processes
Drive supplier collaboration through digital platforms and innovation programs
Manage change, training and stakeholder engagement across global teams

What you’ll bring

15+ years procurement and digital transformation experience
Implementation of procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer or Ivalua
Proven automation initiatives using RPA, AI or workflow tools
Advanced data analytics and dashboarding skills
Leadership of cross‑functional teams and stakeholder influence
Fluency in English and strong communication skills
