About the role

Business Monitoring & Competitive Advantage Specialist drives operational excellence, monitors program quality, and supports strategic initiatives across Patient Support Programs. Oversees audit lifecycle, performance tracking, analytical reviews, and internal/external reporting. Contributes to program innovation, business insights, and sustainable access strategies globally using business intelligence and monitoring tools to maximize medical benefits for patients.

What you’ll do

• Lead audit lifecycle and closure
• Interpret audit scopes and regulatory requirements
• Validate audit responses and CAPAs
• Coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders
• Perform trend analysis on audit findings
• Ensure timely audit closure and status updates
• Support client and auditor communications
• Supervise real-time patient progress tracking
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports
• Contribute to quality assurance trend analyses
• Collaborate with teams for service delivery compliance
• Oversee adverse event reporting
• Design and update SOPs and monitoring tools
• Attend required trainings and apply safety data reporting
• Mentor junior team members
• Represent BMCA in cross-functional initiatives
• Monitor training completion across teams
• Support risk mitigation and early warning mechanisms
• Ensure documentation and dashboards reflect best practices
• Participate in strategic discussions on access strategy
• Implement program efficiency initiatives and track performance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What you’ll bring

• 2-5 yrs healthcare experience
• Strong English communication
• Data monitoring & management experience
• Logistics/supply chain coordination
